Double charging for purchases
This has happened to me several times. I have attempted to make a purchase of coins or tokens for this game and I have been charged for coins or tokens that I did not receive. I will NEVER make another purchase on this game,period.

This is my favorite casino app as it has the exact same machines that my local casino has. So much fun.
Tournament
Took tokens for tournament then the game wouldn’t open, now I lost tokens. This game used to be fun but the owners of this app turned into crooks take your real money and your tokens. Beware!!
Lucky Play
This app used to be great. I enjoy the fun of the slots. I am really getting sick of when I enter slot tournaments there’s guests who are in the top spots on the tournament. These guests are on a higher level than I am and I am at a very high level. I wish there was a way to look at the leaderboard before wasting 100 million chips entering into a tournament that’s a scam!!!
It was a Great App until it deleted my username and deleted my years of levels and tournament wins
I have contacted the customer support department requesting assistance and other than the automated service ticket being open, nothing else was done. It has been over 2 months now and no-one has contacted me. Such a shame considering I have at times put in real money purchasing chips and tickets. Needless to say, my enthusiasm to continue using this game on my iPad has decreased considerably. Users beware. Sadly, it used to be a great app. Ralph W., customer
