Here’s how it works:
• Just open your app and tell us where you want to go.
• Choose the type of service/ride needed.
• The app recognizes your location, and your driver knows where to pick you up.
• You will see driver details with his contact number and picture, and can also track their arrival.
• Payment can be made by credit card or Lucky Wallet.
• Once the ride/delivery is completed, you shall receive the invoice by email. You will be given a prompt to provide your feedback and rate the driver to help us improve our services.
