User beware. I was led to a sketchy part of town and the place didn’t even exist. THEN I WAS CHARGED ANYWAY. UGH. Do not use this app if you value money and safety.

LuggageHero offers on-demand, secure luggage storage all over cities across the world. We use hotels, local shops and cafés to store your bags for a few hours or days. We call them luggage heroes.
Thousands of storage locations available with new ones added every week. Using our mobile app, you’ll quickly find the most convenient one for you - book and receive directions right in the app, go drop off your luggage, and head out to enjoy the city!
Booking is risk-free, you can cancel your booking until midnight the day before arrival or change the dates if your plans change. We offer coverage for your luggage while in storage.
The LuggageHero mobile app uses your location to show storage locations available around you. You can also browse locations based on major traffic hubs, points of interest or specific addresses. The app allows you to book and reserve space for a specific number of bags at a specific date, and gives you the address/directions for the storage location you choose to book.
When arriving to drop off your bags at a storage location, start the storage timer in the LuggageHero app. This ensures that you only pay for the time you actually keep your bags stored. Upon returning to reclaim your bags, stop the timer in the app. The price is calculated based on the time spent, and payment is handled securely online.

Scam. Avoid
Make a booking. Took us to a sketch location that smelled horrible/reeked of urine. Nobody was there. Completely ruined our travel plans. Do NOT use this service.
Florence Trip
LuggageHero is located very conveniently close to the train station. The luggage process was very easy and painless. LuggageHero has good rates and the staff is very helpful.

Very Convenient
Great spot to leave our luggage. Small shop and the guy at the counter was not friendly, but it did the job and I felt out things were safe. I like that the app has you take a picture of your bags at the store.
Great experience
We have never used a luggage storage service before, but our cruise ship dumped us in Boston 11 hours before our flight! Instead of dragging our luggage with us, we stored it and explored the city for just a little while. We did have to wait about 20 minutes until the business opened to store our luggage and then we were a little learning because it was a liquor store. Staff and owner were very friendly and took good care of our stuff and helped us walk through the app. We would definitely use this service again!!
