I didn’t received my order. After that they don’t want to give my money back, because they said the package of the order was damage. So I didn’t received my package but they have my money. Customer service is not helpful at all. Never ever going to order something on this app again. And if I have to, I wil go to court to get my money back. It’s a disgrace.

I ordered a skirt of Burberry, but LVR sent a totally different skirt. I called twice and they promised to check. But they never did. So I asked my money back and they told me that I should wait 10 business days. That’s extremely long. They told me that it’s their procedure and that’s it.
