Lumenate: Explore & Relax

Great journey from the app the minute you download, I recommend starting a night in a dark room before you even open the app and read every word.

I had some mental health issues over the years and as a result sleep was never easy. Not wanting to take sleeping pills and drinking didn’t help I tried lots of different ways to get a good nights sleep. So when I came across Lumenate I said I’d give it a go. Sounds a little bit out there but I’m so glad that I did try it. I don’t want to blow smoke up their backsides but they’ve made my life a lot better. Haven’t had any out of body experience or altered states of consciousness but I have slept better since I started to use it. To say better is an understatement. I’ve never had better sleep. It’s amazing how your life can improve with a good nights kip… Great app.

I have CPTSD and much difficulty falling asleep due to trauma and the nightmares and sleep paralysis. I started using this first in conjunction, then rather than the heavy sedatives I was being given every night (frankly they were a safety hazard as I could, and have, stayed asleep on camping trips with bears less than three feet from my head and my family likes to throw block parties, and my sedatives can keep me asleep through the ChaCha Slide, YMCA, and rh Macarena, all turned up to eleven. If there had been a fire, short of being carried out, I would die. But with the hypnotic lights and suggestions, I can take WAAAAAAYYYY less sedatives and can be woken up. And some nights, really good nights? No meds are required, and natural sleep is the best, y’all, I swear. 11/10, 110%, A++, 6/5 stars, and whoever figured this is out deserves the Nobel Prize for Peace and brain chemical manipulation with sound and light. I have used meditation to deal with stress for a long time and with pretty good results. But nothing like what I’ve gotten from Lumenate. It’s peaceful and exhilarating at the same time. Worth the download for sure. I have the yearly subscription service which I also recommend.

I can’t explain how amazingly powerful this was, I have done actual psychedelics before and was skeptical of this but wow, was I wrong. This is amazing it took me somewhere else for 10 minutes. Loved it

This app has made me go from negative, worrying and racing thoughts to being able to control them and be more happy and positive. I’m so grateful to have stumbled upon this app from a fellow user giver her review on social media. I no longer let negative thoughts and emotions control me and my life. I also believe this has helped me awaken to my spiritual journey and leading me to find my higher self. God bless!

The visuals perceived in my mind were incredible and relaxing- however spending $15 ish a month on an app to unlock the lest of the content is too much.
