Lumi by Nextcare

They have worst in everything from Mobile App, WhatsApp Chat service and phone call service. This Company will feel you to regret that why have you chosen them. Their all three way of communication is worst. You can’t reach them. I am writing here after trying more than an hour to reach them, but it was a impossible mission.

Ask for updates first then hang up later , just when you need it

Never seen such a fantastic service

Lumi update happened today and all family members claims status has gone missing. Only main member claims is displayed.

The app need more improvements

Take a long time to reimburse. But otherwise very efficient and supportive.

Never take this insurance they reject claims even on small amount. Oman insurance is better then this

I am very disappointed with the Lumi by Next Care mobile app. Despite my insurance end date being clearly listed as April 29, 2025, the app incorrectly shows my insurance status as expired. This is incredibly frustrating and inconvenient, especially when I need to access my insurance information and benefits. I expect an app from a company like Next Care to function correctly, but this error undermines my trust in their service. I hope this issue gets resolved quickly, as it's unacceptable for an insurance app to display such critical errors.

This whole thing is so hard to use useless error messaging that doesn’t correlate to the issue. Constant duplicated effort to do even simple tasks . I hate it
