Only complaint I’ve had after using it a few times now since the pandemic is that it does not have landscape support. Most iPad users have their devices in landscape and not portrait mode.
All the so called nurse on this app, ask so many question to waste time. Just for them to end up not prescribing any medicine. Such a bad app and experience. Edit: Telus Health is way better. Nice AI response for the developer.
Tried to have anxiety prescription renewed, they are unable if you haven’t seen a doctor within their timeframe. I was provided information for the wrong province, and when I was provided information for my province, the resources provided were wildly incorrect. The hours listed were not right whatsoever for my local clinics. Do not feel as though it was a productive use of my time. It may be different with newer prescriptions however double check all resources provided.
I understand that virtual care is limited in what it can do. But this is borderline lazy and irresponsible. I consulted with them for a headache. I didn’t even get to speak to a doctor. A nurse told me I had to see a doctor physically. So I did. The doctor I saw in a physical setting told me it was my usual migraines. When I called back to speak to a doctor virtually for a refill of the same condition, I was blocked AGAIN by another nurse who said I should speak to a doctor physically yet again. So what is this service even for? Just the easy cases? Can’t even be bothered to try on the hard ones? I am VERY disappointed.
Around 4pm I booked an appointment for my kid at 8:20pm. I had my phone on the app from 8:18, as if we are 5 min late they drop the call and charge for the appointment. 8:22 I sent them a msg to say I’m not late. Another at 8:25. And another every 3 min to only get a reply 8:43pm saying they decided that an appointment is not necessary and I should go to an walk in clinic. Are you sure? 9pm? I could have gone at 4pm if I didn’t have an appointment here. Definitely not recommend this app.
I’ve had a couple of great care providers, but one that’s been just awful and I’ve had her at least twice. It would be nice to be able to see who the appointment will be with when booking so if we have a preferred provider we can book with them. I just had one say “I don’t know what you want me to do for you” within 30 seconds of the call starting.
App keeps crashing!
You can’t even register! App bugs out when verifying your email. No access code was ever given. Did the developers test this app?
Very well organized and they figure it out. No matter how complicated the matter is they will find you a doctor to take care of you. Highly recommend!
