Calling into the main branch is quick and easy and they always solve my issues. The problem I am having is that I may only attempt to log into my Luminus online banking or app once and then I am locked out. Most banks allow three attempts before lockout. Sometimes I hit a wrong character while attempting to log in and this requires me to call during business hours to have them unlock my account. This can especially be a pain if I have been locked out out of business hours. That so far is my only issue with Luminus Financial Regards, JamesC
