Fantastic Therapist
I've been working with Mego Tracy through Luna and she is absolutely fantastic. I'm surprised to receive such excellent care at home without a personal referral and at such a reasonable cost.

So, when you’re lying on your back stretching, there are no cues for time or to switch legs, etc. But if you’re playing music/podcast, it stops that audio. Come on y’all, even some beeps would be helpful to let us k ow when your stretch is done.
On signing up I began receiving spam voicemails about insurance services. While when I cancelled (positive: easy enough) they maintained it was impossible that the voicemails were related to their service, I found this buried in their privacy policy: Sending emails, text messages, and other communications according to your preferences or that display content that we think applies to you and/or will interest you.
Let me just start by saying I don’t normally write reviews. I was referred to PT for a nagging Achilles injury. Verified my coverage in app. Luna booked me with a PT in 2 days, and I communicated direct with my therapist from there. She came to my home and we worked out a good time with my schedule. For about an hour two times a week for a month and a half. She gave my “homework” exercises to do in app. Which is good for me because I need to be nudged! No more Achilles issues. Super convenient and effective. No issues, great experience.
My first therapist refused to stick to an appointment time and called to change the time 2-3 days prior every week. She then called me and harassed me for weeks to give her another chance. When I tried to get a new therapist, the male supervisor told me that I was being discriminatory because I wanted a female. They called me for weeks to try and force a male and then asked me to schedule anyway. Not recommended for women who want to have bodily autonomy and safety in their own homes. This service treated my needs as though I was a child demanding too much. Avoid at all costs if you’re a trauma survivor. No compassion or understanding whatsoever. Ken, the supervisor, was arrogant and pushed hard on me to have a male therapist. I feel bullied and am deleting this app.
Complete ripoff and waste of time. Scheduled an appointment for Wednesday, they cancel it and move to Friday, then they cancel the Friday appointment. Meanwhile because I’ve been led by the nose until the last minute, it’s impossible to schedule anyone else for the urgent problem I have. Don’t trust these people with your health. App doesn’t work, either, keeps no track of all the data you’ve previously entered on the system website.
My mover has severe vertigo and cannot walk, we scheduled a therapist to come in 24 hrs (the earliest possible time), my mom used all the strength waiting for the doctor to show up, but he never did. That is after confirmation email and text! When calling Luna, we were told “sorry, we have to cancel this visit and can transfer you to our scheduling department” which means another 24 hrs of suffering while waiting and hoping for the doctor to show up?! Thanks, but no, thanks! What a scam!!! Stay away!
My therapist is great . He always comes on time. He helps me to release my pain every time. I believe I can get my health back from him . Thanks!
While I was covered by some of the best plans available, Luna managed to mess up my claims and now I have to deal with their mess.
No therapists available in my area. I had to have multiple phone calls with Luna just to find that out. I’m an extremely busy professional who does not have time to sit on the phone and Luna has completely wasted my time. Guess I’m spoiled by the in-home massage apps which are a) well resourced with providers and b) have smooth, customer-focused apps. This is a good app/concept in theory but DEFINITELY not in practice.
