Chandelier icons all changed to light bulbs and certain groups and the lights in them simply disappeared. Total mess.
Title says it all. Worked fine and then recently crashed and all the help articles and troubleshooting did not help
Apple updated iOS now widgets no longer work, how long to fix?

I would go as far as to call this a scam. The app does not work. I have deleted it and reinstalled it and updated it and tried everything. It does not connect to the Home system. Do not buy Lutron!! Go with another program.
I have heard such great things but wow this is disappointing. The app looks like it was built for iPhone 4. My $70 Caseta light switches are less configurable than a basic hue remote. The integration with HomeKit feels like it was bolted on with no thought. Seems like Lutron has too many smart home systems for them to be able to make them all any good
Need widget support!!
I very much like this app, but after upgrading to OS 18 the Home Screen widget no longer works. It is a big bummer.
Lutron has allowed the development of OS software (iOS 18) to outpace the upkeep of its own app software, leading to the loss of key functions (the iOS Lutron widget). This reflects a customer service neglect on Lutron’s part that should be noted when making buying decisions. It was bad enough that the app/widget wasn’t updated proactively to be compatible with iOS 18, but the company’s response to similar complaints has been “the app does everything you could do in the widget,” suggesting Lutron has no intention of fixing the widget despite significant customer demand and negative feedback. This is not a customer friendly position, especially given the high price of Lutron technology, and has broken my loyalty. Lutron, your stuff costs a lot, just fix the app like so many of your customers want and bring back the highly useful widget. It can’t be that hard. Two stars for what had previously been a great, feature-focused, customer oriented company. Hoping they find their way back. Will gladly update rating if they do.
