App is okay overall, although a bit clunky. Really unhappy with latest update, please reinstate the consumption metric on the histogram on the data page. This is a massively useful metric. I can’t see anywhere in the settings to turn this on or off.

Have this app to monitor my solar system, since the update it no longer shows consumption so the data monitoring section is pretty pointless because you don’t know if / when you are buying electricity or producing it. The “Daily” view has also disappeared. Now it only shows solar production and when it has charged the battery.

Its a decent app compared with others. But today the consumption data is missing on the daily chart but it’s still there on the monthly summary. Strange. Please put it back on.

You have updated the app and removed consumption data. Why would you do that when it’s probably the most important metric to track alongside generation. Please reinstate it.

I’ve been using the Lux app for more than 2 years and it’s absolutely fine for me. It’s accurate and easy to use although I wouldn’t go as far at to say it’s 100% intuitive hence 4*s and not 5.

Updated the app yesterday to 2.1.7, and now the app is missing data on the graphs. Grid & Consumption lines have disappeared from the day graph, and when you click on the graph, the info for Grid, Consumption and S.O.C. are missing (S.O.C. line on graph still present). Working fine on iPad as that hasn’t updated the app yet but on iPhone which updated automatically and is my primary source of checking the information has gone … so definitely an app issue, not missing data from the inverter.

Why did you remove the battery discharge data? It’s vital information to understand what’s happening. I realise that the figures won’t add up to 100% due to energy loss switching from DC to AC. PLEASE can you reinstate the data register.

This app is improving with every update. The developers have responded positively to any app issues and over time resolved all the bugs. Gives you good control over your inverter’s setting’s making it possible to change charging times etc. Well done LuxPower 👍 Sorry guys. It’s offline again. Very frustrating. Can’t change any charging parameters or anything.

App is okay but needs further improvements. Need a new UI and AI so it can do the configuration for you. I want to also know if all the panels are connected properly through the app and see which each panels are producing rather than just adding them all together. I hope they can implement something like this in the future updates.

Why can’t I refresh the information anymore? The app has to be closed down and reopened a couple of minutes later to get what I hope is an accurate reading.
