I was charged for a month subscription price that i did not want to continue to use. The app given me the options that did not match what i was looking for, and the interaction/usage time in the app was unsatisfactory. I deactivated my account and even deleted the app from my iphone so i would not violate the subscription and fully discontinued the app. Yet i was still charged for the 2.190.000d and my demand for a refund was decline. I find that this is unfair treatment from the app to its customer. I wish to receive my refund please

My account was suspended for no reason and i repeatedly reach out to customer service and they sent me the same message they will review my account and I asked multiple times to please review who reported me cause I never violated the rules and Nobody gets back to me :( I don’t know why my account is still suspended and nobody it reaching out

Pass on this one. All the others are better. Besides, it’s fake and they use AI generated girls lol.

I downloaded the app 2 days ago, did not want to wait for being voted in so I went ahead and paid for the black membership , started uploading pictures and writing my bio and 5 minutes later my account got blocked and never had access to it . Wrote several times to the support e mail they provide but the response basically says nothing. I asked for a refund since I never gotten to use the app, no refund either. It says my account is fake, how can it be fake if I am a real person talking to them and asking for a resolution .. if I were you I would not waste any time or money with them ..

I don’t know who gave 5 starts for this app probably friends and family members. Expensive tinder, the worst customer service I will say no customer service.

I downloaded this app to try it out. It looked interesting. I did the 24 hour review and it had still been pending days later. I stupidly paid for a month subscription and they disabled my account in seconds saying all of my photos were fake. They were not fake. I’m also pretty sure I verified the photos through their app system. I’ve emailed them several times informing them if I didn’t get a response I would dispute with my bank because I did try to sort it out with them and they would not respond. Heard back once asking for the profile details and have yet to hear back. If I could give this app a lower rating than 1 star I would. Seriously be careful with this app.

Do not download this if you are a man. App is full of gold diggers and will report you if they think you don’t have money. My networth is over $2M but I didn’t disclose it in my profile or while talking to women there. My account was blocked Stay away from this app it is a FRAUD

When companies hide the ball there’s a reason and you can’t determine other people’s location - the communication method is quizzical as well as the amorphous verification process. The one thing that’s crystal clear is that you’ll have to pay a lot of money to find out there’s barely anyone close to you.
