Don’t buy in the app. I suggest to buy in their physical store instead. Not everything in the app is on stock. It is also hard to reach their customer service it takes hours for them to respond. If I hadn’t reach out to them I wouldn’t know that my item is out of stock. You also can’t cancel or return/refund your order in the app. They can cancel and refund the item but it will take 2weeks to get your money back.

Hindi nag oopen nag hahang. Sabi need to upgrade daw eh na download na ang last upgrade.

Honestly i buy some jewelry here because of Ivana Alawi ! She’s nice and i idolized her a lot… but it makes me disappointed they messed my ring… now I understand why they have all same sizes 6.5 approx 3.8 grams when you go for resizes it comeback 2.6 grams.. when i asked where’s the 1.2 😂 until now i dont have my ring running for 1 month👍
