Number transfer impossible using 3 different methods. Customer service line completely unreachable ( endless queue until they just cut the line), no response to web contact form or customer service email. Impossible to stop subscription because impossible to contact customer support.

They have deducted me 5 euros for sms I have never used in my life🫠. It shows that SMS was sent in Korea, while I live in other country and don’t travel anywhere😬 Scam company

This is some kind of nightmare, when I ordered an eSIM, they didn’t send me either my new number or a QR code, they just wrote that my number was successfully registered, but how can I add it to my phone, apparently only God knows, no one answers my email, support an employee interrupts the connection in the middle of a dialogue, this is absolute horror

Never trust them. They still stealing money from my account every month. I stopped that only by cancel my SIM card.

The company seems to be cheating. Even though the auto renewal is off for international mix, they keep on recharging the same pack each month. This means they have stored the payment details even without consent. Online recharge was always a disaster with lyca and with they have a way to cheat everyone with the app.

I don’t recommend anyone to buy online packages from this app, they stole my money….fk scammers , liars and thieves…..
