Deze ap heeft nu 60 euro van mij afgenomen zonder mij internet te geven ik probeer te betalen en het lukt niet dit is echt geen goed app niet downloaden

Nothing works on this app, auto renewal is useless as it always fails. Renewing a bundle using credit card doesn’t work, it will tell you its already renewed and then send you an sms that auto renew has been disabled. What a rubbish app

Huidige versie is 2.2.18. Ik kan niet inloggen omdat ik naar 2.2.19 moet updaten, maar dat kan niet. iPhone XS

Ik probeer in te loggen in de app. Ik ontvang geen sms met de verificatiecode.

I topped up on the website, but can’t buy any bundles nor use the data via the app

Lost all my deposit when converting from per-paid to subscription. And the subscription didn’t even work, had no internet connection so i requested to cancel the subscription. They say in the contract that you can do so free of charge within 14 days but in reality they just ghost you and intentionally drag this out of this grace period so that they can charge you the cancellation fee.

Available version is 2.2.11 but asks to use 2.2.12 to use.. such a dumb error handling.

It says that i need to update the APP to the new version to be able inloggen. I download the last version which available on Appstore!! This is very annoying!!!!

I can’t access the app it says it is an old version and won’t let me log in, this is a disaster
