How is this app allowed in the store? It has 0 functionality, it forces to download a different app upon launch, an app that is region locked and I can’t install Ban this from the AppStore! Non functional apps are not allowed here.

Aplikacja nie działa. Odsyła do linku z „nową aplikacją” poprzez link do iTunes, w AppStore nie ma takiej aplikacji, zatem dostęp do swojego konta jest tylko poprzez stronę internetową. Po drugie: kupiłam pakiet dla nowych klientów w promocji na 6 miesięcy, który nie został dodany do mojego konta i karta nie działa. Kontakt z supportem wygląda tak, że Pani na czacie nie ma kompletnie pojęcia o tym jak wygląda historia mojego konta i moich zamówień - nie jest w stanie pomóc. Sprawę skierowała do jakiegoś działu dalszego, dostałam wiadomość że problem rozwiązany - pakietu jak nie było, tak nie ma. Dzwonimy na infolinię. Pani z mocno wątpliwym angielskim informuje że jedyne co mogę zrobić to kupić sobie pakiet za pełną kwotę (bez promocji), za 12 funtów i nie obowiązuje mnie „welcome offer” bo nie jestem nowym klientem 😂 - a zakupiłam numer razem z pakietem i doładowaniem, które w momencie zostało zeżarte przez użycie danych ze względu na nieaktywny pakiet danych, za który zapłaciłam. Pani na infolinii się rozłączyła. Kpina! Omijajcie szerokim łukiem.

I cant even create account cuz netherland region doesn’t exist on lyca app

I can not add mu card because the app cannot find my post code. App is not finished well and have a lot dofferent problems. I can not even text coustomer service because the link to do it dont exist. Worst app EVER

I dont understand why there’s no Netherlands on country list, when Lycamobile is available here and I cant even use this app…

The UI is not optimized for the iPhones with notch. If You try to use this app on iPhone 12 mini or 13 mini it is total disaster. When You add sth. to the basket You can’t remove it from there. The menu is not intuitive and the behavior of this app is so random, that even students of the 1 year od UX and Design are doing better job with their projects. More over information provided by this app lacks of everything. From showing up to when You have valid Your plan (if You bought 12m in advance) to showing for example billing information.
