Mehrfach versucht mich anzumelden, jedes mal App abgebrochen

Whenever i open the app it says unknown server error and from that moment nothing works. So i can‘t use the app at all. Brilliant update you made…

das einzige was klappte ist fiat einzuzahlen, konnte keine krypto kaufen (ständiger fehler). trotz diversen kontakten mit dem servicedesk konnte das problem nicht gefunden werden. also eine invest app die nicht fähig ist zu investieren. natürlich klappt das geld auszahlen withdraw auch nicht. gehen nun gerichtlich vor. für mich betrüger! finger wegg!

From the moment I wanted to sell my ETH to the moment the issue was resolved more than 14 days passed. Unluckily for me it was just before a huge dip (from 4100usd to 2080usd / ETH) I needed the money at that time and was happy to sell it at the market value. They say the issue is now resolved but since I don’t want to sell it for 50% of what it was valued at 3weeks ago, I will have to wait few more months / year until it’s back. It’s free so I guess I can only blame myself. All in all, it’s an app okay as a free wallet but don’t count on it for something urgent.

Good app, but an «alert» and a «stop-loss» function would be desirable.

Its easy to use setuo iw fast KYC was done in jsut 1 day. Furthermore it is well designed modern app with no extra feee charged. Fast withdrawals. User holds encrypted private keys - able to import existing wallet - supports erc20s -allow to customize gas prices. -sometimes minor technical issues Overall beet single app for crypto there is! Good job!

This is a great product for people looking to get into crypto. Incredible support. Liquidity needs to improve but besides that, I’m very happy about the app.

Being able to set up notifications for specific changes in price would make it even awesome instead of just great. That way I‘d know when to check the app instead or constantly open the app to see if and what has changed.

Very nice and fancy design but unfortunately very buggy App. Can’t even go through the registration process properly. Are required to send a proof of address but only can select ID, Passport or Driving licences for example. Hope its getting better.

App is frequently down, making it unable to buy or sell coins during these periods.
