LYNX PawPass

I try to use the app from time time since it always crashes it say something like my card declined and it be money on my card another example I bought a ticket for his 8 to go to work since I work at sea world I never got able to use the ticket since it crashed I tried to get my money back but they said they couldn’t do anything about it I had random chargers come to my one day and still can’t get that money back

Had to do a factory reset on my phone. My unused week pass was gone . Would like a refund or my freaking ticket back that I lost on a purchase. I wouldn’t be so angry or bitter if it was almost used up and done with but this was unused. Beware if you have to factory reset you will lose a pass. Thankful it wasn’t a full month pass.

I’ve been relying on this app a little over a year now. The app is quick and easy to utilize. Especially if you don’t like carrying singles around. HOWEVER, the app this past Saturday decided to stop working all together. It displays the following error message “ The certificate for this server is invalid. You might be connecting to a server that is pretending to be "lynxpawpassapi.ttpapps.co m" which could put your confidential information at risk.” I’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling; didn’t work. Tried messaging customer care; no response. So my only alternative was to spend more money to get around instead of using my monthly pass that was already active on my account.

The app was working great until I was caught with no dollars in my pocket and no PawPass to pay the driver. I am grateful for the driver whom waited for me to go back in my house and scramble to find money.

I can’t reset my password or login, had a pass that would’ve expired on Tuesday but the App doesn’t work so my money is wasted and ow I’m going to be fired from my job because I can’t use the app to ride the bus. They gotta fix this app and it’s crazy that there’s no information or talk about this issue on a wider scale. This is so ridiculous, right now, there’s people that can’t move about in their day because this app isn’t working and I’m one of them. This app should be banned from the App Store until the issue is fixed and everyone that lost money dealing with this app should be refunded.

I’m not able to login or buy any passes , you guys need to fix this crash 🤦‍♂️

Bus ticket disappears, loading page is too slow, another thing I noticed was that if you switch wifi, and go back to the app again, sometimes the app automatically logs out of your account, on top of that, this app’s been having online issues since Saturday, I guess their IT department is working on the updates, because when I logo in, this message pop up “The certificate for this server is invalid. You might be connecting to a server that is pretending to be "lynxpawpassapi.ttpapps.c om" which could put your confidential information at risk.” Anyway, I just hope next time when the app is updating, please put a update messages on the app, it would help out so much, so people know what’s going on and not panicking thinking their account got hacked.

This app use to be very convenient until the glitches started happening. It would freeze which caused me to miss the bus cause it would kick me out constantly. And when it do work when I go to transfer it freezes and says error which caused bud drivers to not let me on the bus making me late for work. NOW the app stopped working completely it constantly says error when I try to use my pass and I have a monthly pass on this app gone to waste cause it signs me out and now says error and security issue and won’t log me in at all!! It’s been a weeks and the app still won’t let me sign in and if I happen to sign in it kicks me right back out! So now I lost out on money and is now deleting this app

App has been down for 2 days now and haven’t been able to purchase my pass for the week I am carless so this needs to be fixed soon please

This app certificate needs to be updated because currently I can’t access my account to use my bus pass today
