This app is really helping me and it’s been easy to communicate with my therapist through it.

I’ve used several other mental health apps and have been majorly disappointed but LYRA really knows what they’re doing. The whole experience flows so well and there are a ton of resources to utilize. It’s a great app!

I love this app and company. I got matched up with a life coach quickly and started sessions within the same week. It has been so beneficial and I absolutely love the lesson plans available for in between sessions. What an amazing tool and group of compassionate people!

The videos suddenly stop and you can’t get them to replay. They show in your queue as completed. In order to finish, you have to log into the web version which defeats the purpose of a mobile app.

Everything is amazing except the calls glitch sometimes

The only con I’ve encountered is that I have to re-sign in every time. Not sure if this is related to my company policy though

Wasted my time answering questions getting registered on the app and when I get to the end where it wants to find a provider for me it just buffers and buffers and nothing happens I’ve waited a long time I have closed the app and signed back in multiple times still same buffering. No surprise at all tho considering they are partners with Walmart who’s apps and technology never works properly for employees. Very disappointed was looking forward to getting help I can’t afford other therapists and this was supposed to be free provided thru my work (Walmart) should have known it was useless. I would like to add I have tried multiple times thru the website as well it also doesn’t work. This has been a complete joke of “mental health care” if your creators don’t know how to make a working app and website then I suggest they find a different job and please find people that know what they are doing and and care.

Super easy navigation, user friendly, helpful

Don’t think just do. Therapy is a map helping you navigate your life. Love the therapist and information provided. Audio and sound can be annoying when it decides not to work . But that’s technology can’t expect it to be perfect 24/7.

The care is incredible and mental health is something I take very seriously Sadly the app falls short and detracts from the value the care provides
