Been a member for a long time and the app is subpar but the customer service is even worse! Kelsey in the customer service department provided the absolute customer service I have ever experienced and was no help whatsoever providing information to assist me with the application.

Can’t even sign in says authentication failed every time no answer anywhere on the Internet

Many others including myself can’t use the app. It brokened. Update: can’t log into the app even after going to the branch and contacting customer service. “Authentication failed” is the message we get trying to log in. I’ve updated my phone and tried other devices as well as others and it simply does not work.

I was working fine but for the past month it stopped. It says it’s experiencing trouble and I can’t see my accounts, i cant transfer money, no one can see my account.

Haven’t been able to login for over 2 days since the new update, just stays on loading screen. Terrible, needs fixed ASAP!

Working great on iOS 16 and the Apple Watch app is helpful

This app rocks! I don’t know why all the negative feedback? I just opened my new Checking and Savings accounts today and it was very smooth and the app is working beautifully! Love it! Thanks Members 1st!

Always used the mobile deposit and now it won’t recognize the picture being taken. The picture is just a bunch of black lines instead of the check like it usually was. I tried on my other banks app and it worked fine so it is an issue with the Members First app. Recently updated to iOS 16 and I did uninstall then reinstall the app as well as power cycle phone but no change in the outcome.

You need to offer an update. The mobile deposit feature isn’t working with the new iPhone operating system update. Since this is the main reason I use the app, for deposits, it makes the account kind of useless. I tried telling people in the bank branch, but they didn’t seem to care.

Just spins when I open it. We’re in southeast PA, so I guess I shouldn’t have high hopes when it comes to app development, but come on.
