So you can use maaltalk anywhere if only with mobile network or WiFi.
Maaltalk tested by TTA to dentify the call quality.
When using the Wide-Band codec: MOS 4.26, R 87 (iOS, women sound standard)
Narrow-Band codec is used: MOS 4.38, R 92 (iOS, men sound standard)
How to use
1 Install maaltalk
2. certificate phone number.
3. Call.

- Maaltalk calls any phone number in Korea, US and China
- VoIP P2P, P2Phone
- Number of certified mobile phone number Caller ID.
- Depending on the network status, maaltalk automatically select mvoip or mobile carrier.
- The network to detect the level of calls display.
- Naver search results, you can call the function directly.
To be announced features
- Real time with the other images, documents, and the position information can be shared whiteboard function
- Call time and place of the recommended features considered smart favorites

It helps to saving costs of roaming.
Everytime having travel to overseas, I am always using this App for keep contacting sms and call from my origin country. It always nice app for using local SIM.
통화중 다이얼패드 못씁니다
ARS 등 통화중 다이얼패드 (dtmf) 안됩니다. 070번호가 필요한 몇 안되는 이유인데 실망스럽네요.
앱 안정성 등
전화받을때 네트워크 신호가 좀 않좋으면 앱이 좀비처럼 변해요. 받았으나 앱이 이상동작. 그리고 화면 해상도도 아이폰 7플러스 같은거에 안맞고. 다 만족하나 앱이 좀 불안정 해서 일반 sip앱 쓸수 있는 서비스로 옮겨야 하나 고민중입다
해외에서 업무상 한국과 통화할 때 너무 좋네요!!
호주에서 이용중인데 한국으로 무료로 국제전화가 가능하지만 해외번호라 안 받는 고객들이 종종 있어서 고민하다가 말톡을 알게되었는데, 문자도 되고 070번호로 전화 수/발신이 되니 너무 좋아요!! 전화요금도 저렴하고 너무 맘에듭니다^^

Now I am using this app. It is good!
전화수신시 아이폰6s 벨소리
It does not work well with iphone 6s. When I receive a call, the phone does not ring, and the calling page does not come up itself. I have to click the alarm on the screen to enable the page. I have turned on all the alarm settings as well as the volume. After changing my phone from Galaxy to iphone, almost all times I've been missing the calls due to these problems. Please help.
