We have been using M@C Bid for a few years now. They started out as an amazing liquidator, lately the stuff that we have received is not what’s shown in the pictures. We recently purchased a Wagner electric painter and it was caked with paint as if somebody used it, put it back in the box, and MacBid put it up for sale. It doesn’t work either. We have become very unhappy with the product being sold. They claim that they inspect each item, they say it is up to the buyer to inspect the item. How do you do that when they post false pictures? Broken items, false pictures, items missing parts, they are scamming people!
My overall opinion
I think this app is convenient to use. It’s simple enough. I do notice crashing from time to time. Decent items to bid on. Could use better descriptions and better pictures to give bidders a better idea of what we are bidding on. Glitches
When I open the app to watching this app blinks like mad and then goes black
Shouldn’t have updated
This app was great BEFORE the big update now all it does is glitch out, I’ve had items that I held and the date doesn’t change and I email them and they tell me it’s still on hold but not showing in my app, so I’ll ask for a refund and get NO RESPONSE. It will tell me I’m outbid and I immediately go to the item and it won’t even show the product, will keep loading the Mac bids screen so I can’t even attempt to bid higher. And what happened to the option to view similar items?? I don’t know why businesses try to fix things that aren’t broken but now I almost despise the app.
Can we get some decent IOS developers?
Sorry but it is not that hard to build an app that works. Why does it freeze, get stuck on screens, have to restart my device. Just a poor app experience.
App needs work! Descriptions not accurate
The app is so glitchy and broken. As of last few weeks the app will kick me out of my search and act like the app is rebooting. Will reboot about 5 times in a row then finally work ok for a few mins then do it all over again gets really annoying. Also be careful on what you bid on. Lack of description will get ya every time. They take one picture that won’t even show whole item then I get it and has rips all over it and paint. Thank goodness it wasn’t expensive. Then had a Nintendo switch OLED model with lack of pictures and when I picked up and got home after 2 hr drive it turned out to be a lesser model switch. Nothing would be done by them. I still continue to use them but eventually will make me mad and stop using them.

The new update is a fail
Why fix what's not broken, please bring back ( more like this) it was so helpful finding other like products it actually helps your sales WHY REMOVE IT.

Ever since I’ve updated the app on my iPhone it constantly restarts every time I search or go to my watch list. Didn’t do it before the update. Is this normal?
