I’ve done this app a few times in my fitness journey. My favorite has been post partum to feel strong again. I love Taylor’s PP plan to rebuild my core and my confidence. I also love the recipes on the app to help my nutrition journey. Such a great app!!!
I love the pregnancy program in the MACFIT app! I’m currently doing the second trimester and I love how efficient it is. I get in a great strength workout in around 30 minutes and can easily skip something if needed, or go back/repeat if I was really feeling a certain exercise. I also like how it’s easy to listen to music while working out and go at my own pace. Overall a very approachable and user friendly app for working out.
Followed Taylor for a while on Instagram and got the app three months after having a baby. Wish I had it sooner postpartum because I think I would have been ready for it! Love how each weeks builds on the previous week. Also love the simple meal and snack ideas! I’m good at meal planning but I never knew what snacks to eat that were high in protein and would help keep me full, so her suggestions are very helpful!
I love this workout app not only because of the aesthetic and easy to use interface, the various options of workouts depending on what stage of life your in, and the nutrition feature! It also offers long form videos when you want to workout along side Taylor for extra motivation. It has it all!
I have used many app based workouts in the past and can confirm that Taylor’s is top notch. I loved that she has several different formats you can choose to follow (3 day a week, 5 day a week, pregnancy and post-partum focused). The workouts are well programmed and have modifications if needed. They are easy to follow along and will help you to gain strength and improve your cardiovascular health! I also love that she has a core focused program for post-partum moms. Rebuilding the core is so, so important for getting back to a healthy routine. Also important to add is that Taylor is so helpful! Any time I had a question about a move or needed help with my form, she was so prompt in getting back to me! Highly recommend using her app to get into a healthy routine.
Not much experience with workout Apps but have really loved this one.
One of my favorite things about this app is that so many of the workouts are travel friendly. With my job I am on the road for a few days every week and her workouts have been a game changer. Whether I do the workout in my hotel room or in hotel gyms that are often not full of the equipment you’d usually need - it has helped me get workouts in when I used to use my travel as an excuse to skip them.
I love this app! It has everything you need for healthy habits that lead to a healthy lifestyle. The workouts and recipes are a huge help!
This is a great workout app. Flexibility and adaptability is key for me and my demanding challenge and Taylor's program meets those needs. 👏👏👏
