Mackie FreePlay Connect

Only get system screen... sigh. Glitches when playing. Disconnects every use even though within same room. Glad I watched the demo before purchasing 2 FreePlay Home Speakers. Don’t ya just love when the big company gradually diminishes the reputation of little company they bought.

It does not support my headset condenser mic because no Phantom power (Version 1.0)

I connected to my Mackie speakers with my iPhone, played music to make sure I was connected and then opened this Freeplay App and it just spun nonstop trying to connect. NEVER did. Again my phone was already connected to the speakers so the app not connecting is absolutely ridiculous. This app is GARBAGE. Do better Mackie, you’re an embarrassment

Took this to a small gathering and it wouldn’t connect to my iPhone or my iPad. Left me in a lurch. It worked a grand total of 3 times. I’ve updated the software and still nothing.This is crap. Save your money.

This app isn’t creating a connection to any of my iOS devices anymore. Says still searching and only offers demo mode despite having an iOS Bluetooth connection in Bluetooth settings. Same on all devices. It’s an app problem.. Please update!

No connection. Deleted and re-downloaded app. iPhone connects to the speaker but the app no longer finds it, so I have no control over the settings.

The app can not find the speaker on iOS 16. PLEASE. FIX.

This app worked fantastic until I updated to iOS 16. Now it doesn’t work at all…..

You need to fix this asap! I almost had to cancel a gig because the app won’t open with this new iOS update. Thank god my wife hasn’t updated her phone yet and I was able to open it with her phone and not lose out on money! Please fix this this week!!!
