It seemed like over the course of a year they didn‘t add a lot of new classes (a lot of things i would like to see are missing). Most of it is just fitness, very little skills classes. Also no improvement of the user interface has been done which is not very good. Add some dancing classes: breakdancing etc, add some tricking, more yoga classes than just one, show snowboard tricks instead of snowboard fitness. Not worth the expensive price like this!

Why do I need to stream and restream a workout video that I purchased and rewatch a hundred times? The app synch is so clumsy and slow it makes the app unusable unless you are on super fast internet all the time. Seems like a lot of clumsy data harvesting got little functionality.
Who can I contact to get a refund? Purchased the App 2 days ago- it used up all my data in one session (I didn’t notice as I was on Wifi at the time), upon further investigation I see that as soos as I open the App it goes straight to mobile data and disregards the Wifi- ended up costing and additional R600 to buy new data too! Highly dissatisfied

Once I subscribed to the all access pass, I was not able to cancel it. The app does not allow me to manage my subscription. The Fit! company says there is no record of my name or email. I even cancelled my bank card. Today, two years after my subscription, I received another automatic renewal after trying to cancel for two years!

Only works in portrait mode? Why not make it work in landscape? This is highly annoying, just like the fact that they say it costs $45, but they charge you over 60.

I signed up using the 7 day trial and wasn’t able to log on for a few days. It’s super buggy and kept crashing when I tried to save info. Not really happy with this app, it’s been disappointing so far
