Macy's: Online Shopping & Save

Tried to add address which is correct address and Macy would not accept address

I have no words except Macy’s is excellent in everything. Macy’s is my Dysney world.

Pedí unos zapatos el 27 para recoger en tienda porque era un regalo de cumpleaños para el 28 y no me los entregaron luego me dijeron que de uno a 3 días y tampoco los quería para la noche de año nuevo y aún nada quiero pedir un reembolso y no me lo dan. Demasiado irresponsables

I never got it. For some strange reason address from 13 years ago popped up and was delivered there

I am currently in a Macy’s store. I have set this app so my location is shared. I have also logged into Macy’s free wi-fi. The app insists that I am not in a Macy’s store and therefore refuses to scan prices. Waste of a download.

Keeps canceling my order even though I’ve stated many times it’s not my credit card I’m to young to have one I’m using my fathers had to call support many time no help
