I use the app to place my order several times a week. It’s very easy to navigate! My coffee is always ready on time, in the window they give.

My personal favorite is the cold brew! Chai latte is the best around, love the freshness of the beans in the bags for home brewing, & both north and south locations are cozy places to work remote or meet a friend.

If we’re talking about the coffee shop itself, it is an incredible establishment! Coffee is great, atmosphere is great, and they even serve Royal Donuts now! And as for the app, it is impressive for a local business to have such a well-established mobile pick up order. I’ve had more issues with mobile orders from global franchises then I’ve ever had with this app. It is personalized, artsy, and matches the vibe of the coffee shop itself. Keep up the great work.

For south location only: They forget these orders and don’t complete them in the order they are received. Waited 20 minutes after 1 coffee was “being made”. People ordering coffee in person, after our order was made, was served before us. Not the first time this has happened.

So thankful for a place like this in middle America !!
