I love your game and play every day. I get frustrated when I don’t receive coins when I hit a big jackpot. I play x50 play frequently. When I hit a jackpot with x50 x5 multipliers, and x2.. sometimes I don’t get the coins. This has happened several times. 3.5 trillion coins I don’t receive. I play max bet every time. Like today. I played max bet today and I hit jackpot x50 x5 x2 and didn’t get coins in my total coin box. It shows I won the coins on the leader board but I didn’t get coins in my totals. Why does that happen?

The game stopped adding in my winnings, especially large winnings. Been playing this for several years. Disappointed. Everyday now.
