I cannot normally use the free theme in-app, the share button direct to the subscription without any other button to save the edited story so that we cannot direct it to Instagram. Please fix the error asap.

Bought the annual subscription of this app and changed my phone along the way. Now I couldn't restore my purchase after reinstalling this app. I emailed support last weekend and this id the 4th day and haven't heard of them yet.

Just downloaded the app and it’s completely blank. Templates are all blank, can’t click on anything.

I hate when i find a good app that isn’t just in it for the money for it then to turn into a money grab. I despise capitalism for this very reason bc this app was free, as in all the templates were free and it didn’t have the logo watermark front and center. Now it’s just like every other app.

This app seems like it would be fantastic. I love the designs. However, when I go to select photos, it starts with my oldest (so circa 2012?) and does not allow me to select an album, jump to a different point in time or anything. I don’t want to layout photos from that long ago, and this makes it just too hard to use the app at all.

Why isn’t the app letting me use the premium features when I am paying for it. It says restore purchase but y’all been charging my account every month…… I have the 4.99 monthly what’s the difference between then the 20, 30, and 40 dollar one?

There is no option to cancel subscription that you did not sign up for x

Awesome app but everytime I try to save anything I create it freezes and doesn’t allow me to save.. Which makes this app pretty pointless cuz I want to be able to use what I create not just stare at it in the app.. “Error saving” “Unable to save” very annoying.
