Customer service lacking.
I made my first purchase here not long ago. The wrong size items were sent to me. Even after measuring the items and taking pictures of the tags to prove I was telling the truth (which by the way I’ve never been asked to do when the seller was at fault) I was still required to pay postage myself to return the items when it was THEIR fault. I even wrote them a kind email telling them I understood that mistakes happen, to which they never replied. I’ve had order mistakes before at other boutiques, no questions asked, they bend over backwards to accommodate me and make up for their error. The boutique I usually buy at, the two times they made an error (out of the hundreds of purchases I’ve made) , they refunded my purchase completely. I don’t expect every boutique to do that, but at least paying for postage and being a little more apologetic instead of questioning whether I’m telling the truth or not, would have been nice. The dresses were a birthday gift for someone and between sending the dresses back to them, and waiting for the right ones to come in, I completely missed her birthday. This being my first order I was not impressed and actually disappointed. I had watched many of their live sales before I purchased, and they seem like nice people, I would just recommend they work a little harder on their customer service, especially when the first purchase someone makes is faulty on their end.
