I’m getting really annoyed at having to log in when I want to listen to Scala. Surely if I’ve logged in once that should be enough! You’re driving me towards Classic FM

A lovely app but it has an annoying, persistent ad come up before it starts playing. The ad has to be cancelled before the music is delivered and this makes it a very dangerous app when used in the car, including its use via CarPlay; you are compelled to cancel the ad by clicking a small x, which means stopping the vehicle.

Unfortunately this is more trouble than it it worth. App is very buggy and keeps kicking me out. Also I don’t like the station so much now most presenters have been removed. Cancelling Premium.

There is no way I can reconnect Scala radio premium to my Bose smart speaker it was working fine until yesterday what have you done? It will only connect basic scala

I absolutely love Scala but since they started upselling the £250k competition, sounds like most other stations with the painful repetitive competition advertising.

Great music however needs more presenters come on Scala you can do better than a playlist.

I have a premium account but keep getting thrown out of my account and back to adverts. The adverts drive me crazy so very annoying

Pretty awful You have to sign in every time you want to listen!!!!! Then the log in page is very small print and red text on black is very difficult to read Maybe I’ll go back to classic fm it’s easy to listen to and doesn’t stress me out

I can no longer access the station since the last update. They say they are fixing it, but don’t know when they will resolve the issue. It’s been nearly two weeks. I’m missing it terribly, even though my main reason for listening ( Luci Holland’s show, the first of it’s kind on radio), has been recently cut, like other fan favourites Scala shows. I think i’m back off to Classic FM or a new adventure in Radio.

Great to see Clare teal is back on air via Scala link-her Big Band programmes on BBC2 Sunday nights were VERY popular up to a few years ago.
