Goodbye paper cards you lose all the time hello this clever app that still has a satisfying ‘stamp’ moment.

Don’t try to download this app in a rush. It desperately needs to verify you are a human and then send a code and then do other pfaffy bits like find the place you are trying to get points at. I am not going to bother using it.

Please make the app work offline. The area where our local coffee shop is has no signal and no wifi. Even the staff in the shop have had to warn people to load up the app well before they get to the store so they can claim stamps.

Great simple app to manage stamps and a like!

Such a brilliant app and I love that I don’t have to worry about losing paper cards.

We’ve been with magic stamp for a little over 2 years. At first it seemed great. You have to put your own hard work and expense into marketing the app but if you do it right you can get your uptake to be decent. However, what magic stamp don’t tell you is that customers who have anything other than iPhone or have a (even slightly) cracked screen or screen protector then you have no chance! We paid for a card redesign a year in and experienced many variations of the updated design across several devices as the design was just screenshots of our brief pasted to different formats over different devices. All of which meant customers weren’t getting the same experience each time, nor did they require the same amount of stamps to earn rewards. What customers and businesses want is something that’s easy to understand, use and fair. Our experience was that this platform can be considered to be none of the above. We gave notice to vacate the app and even then this was mismanaged and their policy muddled and changed each time. As a business this experience has been hugely brand damaging and expensive. Small businesses AVOID! Update: as pointed out, we did receive the rebrand free of charge as “goodwill” after we spent weeks in communication with their CEO who recognised our and our customers experience with the app was exceptionally poor. Developers response received less than a day after we received confirmation our business will no longer be listed on their app at our request so duly we heed the passive aggressive request to remove our (not-so) magic stamp page from our site. Still stand by this experience and app being brand damaging. Our experience is to avoid at all costs and choose another provider- there any many good ones out there!

Would be better if it can be launched and used without network.

This app is really easy to navigate and I love the option to send free coffees to a friend - it is intuitive. Love the quirk of being able to stamp your phone!
