It used to be fantastic
It used to be fantastic,I didn’t use it for a while but now that I just bought the premium subscription again it’s a big mess! A short movie ( 2min and 46 sec) either doesn’t complete or it takes more than an hour to download the pics and videos. When it’s finally finished and I edit it, the pictures are repositioned, the style it’s different than the one I chose and more or less I spent hours for nothing! It’s a shame because they have great graphics and fun ideas, I have made more than 80 videos that are either shown in My movies tab or are disappeared. I tried everything to make it work but it doesn’t! I tried to contact support but didn’t get a reply! It used to be fun but now it’s just a big, ungly mess!
