Very very pathetic service and mannerless driver they provide. No matter the driver disrespect you or argue with you , you should have proof of evidence otherwise they can’t do anything with it. One of them told me it’s safe, they have cameras, everything is recorded but when you try to make a complaint about a driver’s behaviour they will ask you to prove it.

Super fast pick up times and a great all round service

The app does not update in real time and lags so you don’t know where the driver is. It also glitches if you try to change the payment method. Too difficult to use

App is great, driver polite, car clean and a smooth ride.
