I’ve been doing Muay Thai for a little over a year now and have been struggling to find my style a bit. I don't get to participate in class often with my busy schedule and travel schedule. The app has been awesome to use when I am traveling for work or can't make it to a physical class. It nice to be guided through shadow boxing. I can get a sweat and practice all in my hotel room. Or, if I miss class at my home gym its nice to watch class on the app and gain some knowledge. I highly recommend this app to anyone. But, especially beginners and women! There are a lot of awesome programs within the app. Fundamentals and self defense! I wish this app was around when I started martial arts. I probably wouldn't have felt as nervous stepping in the gym.

I’ve been following Shane Fazen on YouTube for many years. This app gives you a more personalized experience. There is a course and series for everyone. I train at home alone so the solo series is one of my favorites. Shane’s knowledge is literally unmatched and he has a heart as pure as gold. He has honestly dedicated his life to helping others overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. He invested in teaching martial arts!! Learn everything you need to succeed through Shane’s multiple platforms!!!
