Not loading
For over a week now my game won’t load. It keeps telling me it can’t connect to the internet, there is not a problem with the internet my iPad has been updated and still will not let me play. I don’t won’t to download it again as last time I did this I had to start all over again
Game is rigged
The game itself is great and very addictive esp if you're someone that loves Mahjong BUTTT there is a great level of cheating involved. I have noticed on a few occasions the number of coins reducing even though nothing has been purchased. Also, the tournaments cheat you. They currently have a snowflake tournament and I was in second place with 198 flakes and the person in first place (Cesar) had 251 flakes; 9 hours left until it finishes. Opened the app again few minutes later to play more and the whole score reset, weird since the app did not crash and everything else, coins etc, was the same. Now someone named Isabel is in first place but has 231 flakes. How? Lol. Also, all the contestants seem to have either Hispanic or Latin names!? Game is 100% rigged.
Trouble
Not getting free lives when I’m stuck . Watch the advert to get help and then nothing happens and I have to lose and start again . Only been happening since you updated

Updated more adverts. Poor. Options for free life does not work. So u watch the advert and have to close out of game.

Would be 5 stars if the game didn’t have so many adverts

Great game but each time finishes then cuts off back to front screen of my iPad

Unfortunately your latest update will not allow you to play the game. It’s asking for input cmd and date with a bunch of either Chinese or Japanese symbols… other than that I love the game

Fun, but only just started, so it may get too expensive to play

Have been enjoying playing this game but it keeps either crashing or when an ad appears screen goes blank. Might have to delete this as getting frustrating...sorry deleted.
