للأسف تطبيق ضعيف جدا لا يوفي بالغرض. لاتستطيع التعديل فيه.

Terrible application full of errors and bugs. Does not allow to reorder at the moment, but in general full of errors.

Cannot set address in app.

The day that I purchased 105 for a coupon after I ordered 6 bottles of 5 Gallons my balance in my wallet where is supposed to be 35.70 in my wallet its just 12 now? So did I just waste 2, of 5 gallons?

For 1.5 years still we could not change the address after more then 100 times calls, I don’t know how they survived with these kind of customer service and online app id Dubai with so many professional competitors

Wallet functionality doesn’t work hope they fix it

I ordered and paid but none of the orders were delivered and not able to reach customer care .

Please ImProve your app, I been registering for an hour and doesn't go thru, even I used my uaepass. Its hard to order online for 3 gallon of water

I’m really upset with app customer service! I’m around 5 days trying to call without success. The WhatsApp don’t work also. I can’t log out from the app. I can’t change my location in the app. Even worse I can’t delete my account in the app. That’s I have no other that say here what’s happening!!! Someone from MaiDubai can read this message and help me???
