I don’t know what’s going on, but the app is no longer working. I have been a long time Customer of Makartt. Went to use the app back in I think it was October 2023 and found that the app was not working and you get stuck on the loading screen. And I have tried to use the app throughout this year of 2024 and the same thing has happened. You get stuck on the loading screen and it never loads. It’s such a shame because it was a wonderful app. There was no explanation given there was no support for it and no one to help. Their products however are amazing and they do have an Amazon store.

The app doesn’t even anymore every time I try and load it I’m stuck on the loading screen for ages not sure what to do bc I used to love this app and would buy many things

I redownloaded the app & no matter how many times I try it wont load it’s just the hand with the drill

App no longer works. It won’t load nor open any more. This is ridiculous. I usually shop this brand using the app but now the app not working and with their selection being limited it makes me not want to shop the brand anymore. Even though this brand is trustable and great product for the value/price. This is kinda sad that there hasn’t been an update in ages. And the selection seems to become less and less. The app isn’t worth it because it just flat out doesn’t work anymore. I even talked to their support and they are well aware of this and yet have not fixed it. Such a shame…

The app doesn’t run at all anymore.

iPhone 14 2023. Doesn’t run. Makartt website also doesn’t remember my login; and I can no longer find polygel to buy. I’m crushed because I don’t want to use a different product, Makartt quality is top notch - however their online store website and app launch was apparently nuked out of operation and the obvious supply chain crash of their manufacturer is going to put almost all gel x salons and nail techs out of business. Amazon is literally a third party putting them out of business at this point, as they sell products at cheap prices right around the expiration date. It’s just not the same and I can’t buy whatever I want anymore because it’s just not available. Apparently apps meant to be a platform to retail sale items are now the new owners.

When I click on the app it just shows a nail product and the app never even opens! Please fix this! I deleted it and downloaded it again but it still didn’t work!

When there isn’t? It’s obnoxious.
