Please don’t trust this product as they only wants customer money. No notification, no unsubscribe button. They are just scammer with poor application

I find this app very good to learn practical things. Not like in duolingo. The sentences u learn are very useful. Only problem is the ia is sometimes a bot slow to communicate with. But it is still amazing to be able to create real conversation with it✨

Hi Team, I want to cancel my subscription since I don’t do the find it helpful for me to improve my french. I have sent you an email but I got notified that your inbox is full. Is there any way I can process my cancellation? Thanks.

In conversations with AI, their ability to understand what I say is very poor. I am not quite fluent in French, but can express my thoughts well, and have gotten by well in France and have been understood. Two advanced level AI tutors have failed miserably to understand me. The only plus is that I can understand them, even in sped-up mode. Very disappointing.

Useless my advice to not download it ever

Useless. You sign up and in the small print is an auto renew. No emails sent prior to the renewal date. The app was so bad that I didn’t even remember it until the renewal came through. Customer support is a bit with platitudes and nothing else. If I could give the whole thing less than one star I would. Scam for the money side and useless ai for the learning

It seems like it could be a great app. But as of now, there are a ton of technical issues… the AI robot repeats the same reply over and over again. One time, it wasn’t even responding anything at all just completely blank responses. Sometimes I can’t get it to play the audio. They have a lot of work to do, to make this app worthwhile… So my opinion as of now, is don’t waste your time or your money. Hopefully they will continue to work on and improve the app, maybe then it would be worth it.

Avatar AI available for 2 minutes only. If you download app just to try for advertised 1.99 (or something like that) don't forget to unsubscribe sending email to support team. Otherwise you'll be charged 16/month. Feel like a scam. Nothing special about this app.

Awful cancel policy. Awful app.

I purchased the app to used the AI generated conversations feature and did this successfully once. This feature has now disappeared. I have not found a way to contact the developer to resolve this.
