It works only if you pay hon so be aware of it.

Although I have made payment, I can’t login to app and no one helps me. The problem is there ls no first time login screen in the app and stuff even don aware of this

I paid 19 euros for a trial month. The app is terrible, I logged in and out once. More money was taken than I was supposed to. How is this possible?

They charged me 65 dollars for a membership even though I didn't sign up for anything and I don't even know where they got my credit card information.I never used the app, I never asked for anything. Give me my money back, are you scammers?

Even though my membership has ended, money has been withdrawn from my account and I want a refund. I do not use your application. My membership information only includes my name and email address, I can't even delete my credit card.

UPDATE!!! After several nerve-stretching emails back and forth I have been issued a full refund… They LIE by saying “RISK FREE GUARANTEED - cancel anytime to not to be charged the full program price. They charge you for full plan at subscripon and they don’t refund even if you want to cancel earlier.

Call option is trouble ,can not be synch with you ör even can not understand you .AI chatboat can be used but there are many similad free options no special language focus .Also during the purchasing so much additional payment requested and no functional effect of thing purchasings . İ definetly do not suggest .

ADespite taking a lengthy assessment test during the onboarding phase, the courses available do not match my level. Almost all of them are at beginner level. Conversation with AI avatar is fine, but nothing special, and there was no feedback on pronunciation, vocabulary, or grammar. So basically straightforward conversation without learning much. I am also disappointed with the app's user experience. There is nothing about my membership status in my profile page. Doesn’t worth to invest time and money. A clear disappointment!

The app hasn’t lived up my expectations. AI tutor is a hoax. It is not like they have advertised at all. There is no an illustrated AI character for a starter. I have to talk to a blank page, and it is not an entertaining experience. But worse, I have never able to finish my answers, it always cuts short. And regardless my responses, it keeps asking same question again and again. Finally, the vocabulary learning is worthless. I kindly request my money back.
