Very complicated for a pressing app

Bad customer service.. missing items and no one reply .. don’t recommend it for anyone

This app considered to be helpful but actually it’s not cuz All of a sudden the application was shut down and can’t login in back Then after logging in and ordering a pickup my zone is out of coverage Very bad communication and customer service.

These guys lost my t shirt and there was no any help from them at all. All costumer service agents are just very dumb and they don’t help at all.

Complete wast of time and energy

Too many calls and messages to confirm pick up or drop off time I already marked on the app. Makes no sense using it and paying extra than usual to have all these calls! So annoying I wanted to use an app for a reason! Deleted it!

They were good at the beginning but about two months ago, they ruined items sent for dry cleaning and came back torn and I complained several times to the customer service representative who assured that they will get back to me and they never did for more than two months. Avoid this app at all costs. Unprofessional customer service.
