Mall of America®

Need a rewards account to access it. Seriously, no. I don't want rewards, I want a map. How hard can it be? Maybe split it into two separate apps?

We signed up for the App and opted in for membership for our visits and shopping. We have tried to use the app coupons only to be turned away saying that the coupons have expired. Went to guest services to be told they couldn’t do anything about it because it’s related to the app.

This app used to be simple and easy to use with a map of stores. Now it’s been turned into some rewards program that forces you to sign up for in order to do anything in the app.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE REWARDS!! THE APP IS USELESS! YOU ARE FORCED TO GIVE ALL YOUR INFO FOR NOTHING. THIS IS A MANIPULATIVE DECEPTION! WHO MAKES YOU SIGN UP FOR NOTHING!????

I downloaded the app based on the recommendation from the kiosk. You have to sign up for an account, and there is no map. Skip this worthless privacy risk and waste of phone space and just use the kiosk.

The decision to lock all functionality behind an account is peak idiocy.

What is the one thing everyone needs but is nowhere to be found in the Mall of America app - the location of the public bathrooms. Why would you not just list them out on the map the same way you have the escalators and elevators? This seems like it would be the number one item on the list of needs for you basic map.

So when I went to mall of America with my family I needed to figure out where to go when we were 2 hours away from the mall and idk why I was looking at the map feature but I was! And the kiosk helped us a little but the app helped the most

Just wanted a simple map of Mall of America. Having to create a login is overkill

You can’t use this app without signing up for some rewards account. You also can’t use it without agreeing to allow them to track your location the entire time. Just use Apple Maps to find where you’re going. Developers, don’t tell me you’re “continuously updating” anything. This app is garbage for the one-time visitor. You know it & we know it. MOA executives, scrap this app and start over. Do better.
