All these bugs with account and subscription
I was using this app with monthly auto-renewal until one day my account turned into a “free account” in the app. Could’t find my paid subscription. Couldn’t subscribe again because Apple says I am already a subscriber. The chat customer service is not available for my “free account”……
Subscription doesn’t work
I purchased subscriptions through IOS store, but the app won’t give you subscriptions service, it kept at FREE service. When I want to submit a ticket, it says “you only have to be VIP to be able to submit a ticket”. What???
