Great app to keep track of your health and request services online. Also, the new design is easy to navigate!

Manage my health has come a long way. My family and I use it and love it. We like the new look and feel which makes it more intuitive and easy. The support has been good and much improved . Having used other portals I can tell the difference this is a class Above the rest.

Unfortunately, I had been waiting for a response from my doctor and wasn’t notified that one had come through. I’ve had little to no issues with repeat prescriptions and checking personal medical records but this lack of notification has put me in a bad place.

It used to be good but now I'm not even able to make an appointment, this is very frustrating when I work outside of the office hours and can't always call to book

its a poo app like its so laggy and looks straight up like outta the early 2000's also i hate the thought of having all my medical records and whatnot protected by an app like this- i feel like itd be pretty ez to hack or smthn 🤢

It’s quite clear the developers of manage my health don’t actually use the app because the UX/UI is horrible. They’ve made it easier to just phone the medical practice to book an appointment instead of using the app or website now 👏

No text notifications a day before the constellation appointment. Very easy to miss the appointment.

Email to log in to view test results. Nothing in app. Defeats the purpose.

This used to be a great app but now it doesn't work. I can go in and got through the process to book appointments but it says there are none available, forever. Which makes it basically pointless because making an appointment by phone is the hardest thing to do. Yes repeat subscriptions works which is good, and lab results. It needs to be able to have an ability to link children. Because having to call up and get repeat scripts or appointments for kids is painful.
