This is more about the trams itself you guys need to stick to your word and arrive on time I understand you might be a bit late but I arrived at 8:07 the tram was on 5 mins at 8:12 it was still on 5 mins in what world does that make sense ?

But overall very functional

A while back, I emailed customer services to inform them the route planning page is almost impossible to use. Sent them a screen shot so they could see what I meant, received. Lovely reply thanking me and saying they’d pass the message on. Has it be corrected? Not at all! Solution is to enter where you’re going from, and enter your destination then open where you’re going from again and enter where you’re going from. With luck on your side this should work when you calculate the route but what a faff! Come on Metrolink app developers you get paid big money for this rubbish! Disgraceful.

Hello I am Maisieeyy, I come from the north and I would like to say the attention to detail to the tram service is marginally better than the south’s. The metro link in Manchester is amazing i would recommend this journey to anyone and everyone. Thank you ⚠️🍷

Handy little app, it’s so useful to just have a basic, official app with a map, tram times and route planner. But it would be SO useful to be able to buy TICKETS. The bus and train services all let you buy tickets on their apps, saving paper on all those printed tram tickets which are also easily lost. Please?!

The app is good and functions as it should. but it requires major updates, the way it functions is strange, why isn’t there a live map, more tram times, a full tram timetable?? Simple improvement would increase the user experience

Live tram times are never accurate - especially on the Eccles/aashton lines. The app often says 2 or 3 minutes as the tram is departing, sometimes trams leave when the app says it’s due 7 minutes. If other travel companies around the world can make a simple live departure time app, why is this so difficult to get right? The ticketing shouldn’t be on a separate app, as this app is the one that bears the brand’s name and is the first one people search for to try but a ticket.

Accurate and fast

Poor app it’s not updated on current issues with in the network, needs to send push notifications when delays on the network so people can plan their Journey ahead

I get charged a different time every time I travel. I never forget to tap out but it always manages to add on money….
