WAG NA WAG NYONG I DARE PA NA GAMITIN TO. WALA MANLANG UPDATE SA APP KAYA DI MO ALAM KUNG MAY PAGKAIN KA PANG HINIHINTAY! Leche. Wala kaming patience sa inconvenience na dala nyo!

Ordered and waited for hours then my order just gor cancelled. Order status not updating and took 5hrs before they cancelled it

Please replace your maps providers. Its very frustrating it keeps on putting the wrong address.

I ordered 2 barkada bundle for a takeaway/pickup and paid via credit card , however when i arrived at the mang inasal branch they haven’t processed my order because their out of stock for some of the menu items. so I resorted to ordering on the counter, with the assurance from the on duty supervisor that they will cancel and refund my previous order. I’m still waiting for the refund till today 😩

Paano magagamit ang app eh registration palang, malfunctioning na! Naka-20 times nang request OTP pero walang natatanggap, paano gagamitin ang app para umorder kung ganyan?

May nag-call na bumbay after ko umorder sa app na ‘to. Nakakatakot tapos multiple calls pa using different numbers pag dinecline mo yung calls. I don’t know kung saan nila nakuha number ko pero tinatanong ng nag call kung natanggap ko raw ba yung order ko. I called the branch and ang sabi nila hindi raw sila yung tumawag. After a few months umorder ulit ako thinking na hindi na mauulit pero after ko umorder may tumawag nanaman na bumbay (tunog Indian). That’s why I’m so skeptical of using this app now.
