I lost 100 stories that were all read

You changed the app and now I can’t migrate my data, you deleted it! I lost my 45 stories and all progress even on those I had unlisted

So I’m using an iPhone 13 mini and the dimensions are kinda wrong, there is this black gap between the bottom of my screen and the app itself, I can’t get premium because it’s always loading and I can’t make an account either cuz it’s just loading :/

This app is great, has a very large selection but sadly fails short in functionality. I find myself often frustrated with it because it would fail to load a chapter while reading a manga I like. While I would try give it the benefit of it being an issue with the source or technical issue but after experimenting with it, I found the app it self does this. The reason I say this is because I have tried different things like changing the source and back, it magically start working or reading a different manga for few min and come back and it would work or come back the next day and it’s working now, until you read maybe few chapters and it stops. It seems the app tracks what your reading and puts a limit on how many you can read a day… I don’t mind it, just advertise it that way don’t mislead people!

The search function barely work, can take upwards of 10 tries before it actually searches. Once you do find something to read you actually can’t read it. It’ll tell you that you have an unstable connection or just not show any chapters at all. It’s a shame as this app used to be really, really good. After the ddos incident it’s been really bad and I won’t be using it again unless things get ironed out.

I’ve been using this app for over a year now and it’s suddenly just not working now?!? Chapters aren’t loading and you can’t properly search for other series. Please fix this problem!!!

It has a good selection, but once the creators realize there’s an actual problem that they can’t fix, they just stop responding to emails.

The app has been amazing up until a few days ago, when it started to malfunction a lot for no reason. Now the discover page doesn’t work, nor the featured. And I can’t open the mangas that I’m reading and they don’t load at all, saying there is a connection problem, when there clearly isn’t.
