Please don’t anything online from mango . They have the most horrible customer service

Note: The 5 star reviews are paid reviews. Do not order from this app. Order from Myntra. If you order from this app, your order will never get delivered. They import the products for every order. And they ask KYC but they never accept it. They keep on rejecting the KYC. So you will never get your order. You will only get mental pressure.

I've been a loyal customer of Mango for quite some time, and I love their products. However, my experience with their delivery address policy has been frustrating. The KYC issue with Mango's delivery address verification is a major hassle. As someone who frequently relocates within the state for work, I find it challenging to maintain a static delivery address. After all delivery is all about the ADDRESS!Despite providing all necessary documents, I've faced issues with my orders being put on hold due to KYC verification failures, and Also the less flexible with the online payment options. I understand the importance of KYC for security purposes, but I wish Mango could provide more flexible solutions for customers like me who have legitimate reasons for changing their delivery addresses. I hope Mango takes customer feedback seriously and revises their KYC policy to accommodate the needs of modern, mobile customers. I had a very frustrating experience with the Mango app. They charged me for the items I wanted to purchase, but after dispatching the order, they repeatedly asked for KYC verification. Despite multiple attempts, my KYC was denied. When I finally got in touch with customer service, they informed me that my KYC was rejected because my delivery address didn’t match the permanent address on my ID—a situation that applies to many people in this country. It’s ridiculous that they won’t deliver to my current address just because it doesn’t match the one on my ID. The worst part is, they refused to cancel the order or issue a refund. Instead, they told me they would continue requesting KYC for 15 days and then automatically cancel the order if the KYC fails multiple times. Their employees were completely unhelpful and seemed incapable of resolving the issue. I strongly advise against placing online orders through this app.

There is no UPI payment option. Cards don’t work. COD not available, how to place an order afterall

Cannot change / edit the quantity in the cart . Very troublesome. Payment options are inadequate, only credit cards

Once mango has a customer care number in India that will be the time I would start shopping online. It makes sense too . Not possible to keep Writing emails & shopping. Read some of the reviews & it’s not encouraging. The Indian customer deserves a India based customer care service.

The entire buying-returning-refund process can take over 3 months for a single order. There are hidden charges due to the items being subject to import and export laws. The time taken from date of order to date of delivery is 20 days IF everything runs like clockwork. The time taken from date of return to issuance of refund can take well over 2 months.
