Several NO’s - Free version: 5 free messages a day (only); - limited view of profile pictures; On paid version: - phone version is really bad; blocked profiles keep appearing despite contacting support; - desktop version is better but hey, it’s 2023 and the majority has a smartphone (duh); - emoji’s are NOT accepted; HELLO???? messages just don’t go through and you get an error message that support doesn’t even know how to justify nor presenting a solution - customer support asks the user to delete the app and have an update… we’ll the app has not been updated over the last 5months which means they seem to be clueless about; - profiles do not even load the images on the grid nor in the inbox messages Anyway, if you think grindr is bad… MH beats the crap out of it.

I deleted this app a few years ago as despite paying for the VIP version Messages often didnt send and I never received notifications. Thought I would give it another go but it is as bad as ever. Won’t bother trying it again.

This app this so badly written don’t get push Notification even access granted. It freezing and crashes. Really bad app over all I tend to use the web based version. But not many guys local so use some thing else

This app allows you to log in and that’s it, no other function works and it just it just sits stuck on a page. A total waste of time!

I have a monthly subscription and EVERY month I automatically get booted off to the free version so EVERY month I have to email them with proof of payment to be reinstalled to the VIP version. However, if I don’t do this straight away then I can lose several days of my subscription. I have repeatedly asked them to sort this issue out but apart from the automated response from a robot, no one has bothered. Time to delete, spend my money elsewhere with one of the many other more professional and customer friendly apps out there.

As the title of my review stated I was charged for premium membership, but the subscription did not get activated. I messaged ‘support’, but no one got back to me. Such a poor help or I’d say absence of it. This site has to be shut down! There is nothing there but wasting of people’s time!

Exasperatingly glitchy app with a dwindling member base. The increasingly limited functionality in the free version makes it pretty much useless. Feels like the owners/developers are desperate for any revenue amidst dramatically falling membership but want to do nothing to improve user experience. Bound to keel over within a year or so.

Don’t waste your time. I deleted the app after five minutes. You just can’t do anything on it.
