love this app!!!

I really enjoy this app as someone who struggles with mental health, and it really helps a lot with my overthinking and anxiety, anger and so much more!

I have deleted the app and am still getting charged

I am completely unsubscribed do not own the app anymore it is not listed anywhere and they have attempted to charge my card

Not able to unsubscribe

The app itself is a good app, however the instructions to unsubscribe are not correct. Where the instructions tell you to go to unsubscribe the unsubscribe button is not there. Then they state to send an email which I have done for 3 months now and they are still charging my card. Beware

I love the app how it gives you suggestions on how to make things easier and better for you . Sometimes for the journaling part tho I wish they can give some examples or suggestions because sometimes I am stuck in what I know so it does not challenge me to think outside the box . Or ask questions to get you thinking
